It’s always a wonderful surprise to get an email from a former student!
Especially when they’ve written to report that mindfulness has “flipped the script” for them and enhanced their lives in ways they may not have originally imagined.
Kara, is a woman on a mission, with an infectious passion for life, and as authentic as they come! She took the 8-week MBSR course with me during Covid time, and since then, has been thriving with family, and this little project called, Oh Gross!
Oh Gross! is a Webby-nominated podcast in the Science & Education category, recognized for tackling topics people are curious about but afraid to try or ask, awkward questions, and often misunderstood information.
Along with Kara, are her wicked-smart+cool friends, Jennie and Molly! PS…shout out to David for helping me with lighting and audio and producing/editing like a pro!
When Kara invited me to be a May guest, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I accepted whole-heartedly!
We recorded PART 1 on Int’l Meditation Day (May 21st), and PART 2 will be released this Wednesday, 6/4.
